What started as a post-retirement project for Luke became even more meaningful when his father, Joe, joined him in daily operations. For nearly three years, Luke had the privilege of working alongside his dad, sharing lessons, laughter, and cherished moments before Joe’s passing in December 2022. Those years shaped the company’s foundation, instilling values of dedication, honesty, and personal connection that continue to guide every dumpster delivery today.
